Back in 2013, I faced some of the biggest adversities I’ve ever experienced.
My marriage had fallen apart, the church and the people I’ve been serving full-time for the past 10 years had turned their backs on me.
I had no family in the state where I was, no job, and no income.
And the only thing left of me - my house - not only reminded me of the bad memories I am trying to forget, but it also still had a mortgage I have to pay.
I then realized that this house could be my path to advancement.
Sadly, selling or renting it out wouldn’t work for me due to certain reasons. Fortunately, I stumbled upon the term “Group Home”, and a statistic that says about 4000 people a day turn 85 years old, and 70% of them would need assistance in their daily living.
That led to me spending countless sleepless nights, trying to learn everything there is to know about starting and running a Residential Assisted Living Facility - and how I can turn it into a consistent source of income, with minimal continuous effort.
It took me 18 months to get my license but the same master bedroom that I dreaded - not to mention the other rooms in the property - started earning me $6,000 per month.
After successfully turning it into a 6-figure business, I decided to open Assisted Living University where I have taught over 1,000 students who want to learn how to start and run their own facility. Now, I have several students throughout America who have opened their facilities and are currently generating over $100,000 annually in net earnings.
But today, I want to help those who have already started their own facility but are not generating the profits they want it to produce and are not getting the results they’ve dreamed of.
